Version 2 gives you the added functionality of:

• Renaming selected files in a folder instead of the entire folder (for example, choose 5 pictures as "Disney World", 10 as "Grand Canyon" and so on.)  

• Picture preview

• Ability to modify the picture renaming order

• Ability to modify the starting counter

• Ability to automatically place renamed files into a different folder and either keep or delete the originals.

Both versions of the software are fully compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.  Sorry there is no Apple Macintosh version yet.
